One of the most valuable services the Law Offices of Blaise Odhiambo offers is an initial consultation. For a $300 fee, you can discuss your immigration case with a highly qualified attorney. During the consultation, we will attempt to answer all of your questions and try to give you answers to questions that may arise for you in the future and create a strategy to obtain the positive outcome you seek.

The consultation is an important time for you to meet the legal team who will assist you throughout your case.

 

What to expect during your initial consultation

  • A full confidential discussion of your immigration history.

  • A thorough review of documentation and case history, as well as education of the client on immigration law as it applies to his or her case, whether the client matter concerns citizenship, deportation or any other matter.

  • Explanation of the immigration process and possible outcomes.

  • Answers to all your questions.

At the end of the consultation you will have a clear understanding of the steps that will be taken to ensure a successful resolution of your case.

Attorney Fees
For most legal services we offer a flat fee. No two cases are alike so, accordingly, no two fees will be the same. Since the amount of time spent on your case can never be predicted with precision, we strive to approximate how long the case could take and base our legal fees accordingly, after an initial consultation. We will also advise you of any costs that will be involved, such as USCIS filing fees, courier costs and translations. There may be unforeseen variables in any legal case, in which case we will give an honest effort to try to help you determine and anticipate additional costs involved.
